In weight training, your 1RM — one‑rep max — is the absolute most weight you can lift for a single repetition. It’s a snapshot of your maximum strength in that moment, and as you train, grow, and stay consistent, that number rises.
The 1RM Project takes that same idea and applies it to everyday life ... or personally, how I can be "one responsible man (1RM)."
We believe in always doing “the most you can do” — not just in the gym, but as fathers, families, and active members of our communities.
